Bang & Olufsen

Designed in Denmark. At home in Japan.

Created to support Bang & Olufsen's new presence in Japan, the campaign explored how the brand's products naturally integrate into Japanese life and design. Photographed across both traditional and contemporary settings, the work positioned Bang & Olufsen within everyday moments, showing how seamlessly the brand fits into Japanese life and design.

Campaign

Developed in partnership with a local photographer, the campaign captured Bang & Olufsen products across a series of carefully selected locations throughout Japan. Traditional architecture, contemporary interiors and everyday spaces became the backdrop for a visual narrative rooted in place, atmosphere and culture.

Impact

The campaign created a more culturally relevant expression of Bang & Olufsen for the Japanese market, connecting the brand to local environments while maintaining its premium, design-led positioning.

Role

Campaign Development - Creative Oversight - Art Direction

From concept to execution, I led the development of the campaign, shaping its creative direction, visual language and storytelling approach. I worked closely with the local photographer to ensure the final imagery felt both distinctly Japanese and recognizably Bang & Olufsen.
